The Band
Genevieve Lemon - Vocals
Genevieve was featured in two films in the Cannes Film Festival last year, nominated for an AFI, and her cabaret show Lemon Tart nominated for Best cabaret in the 2007 Sydney Critics Awards. She has been loved by Australian audiences since she first started acting in shows such as Prisoner, Neighbours, Steaming through to Priscilla the Stage Musical. She has many film credits, including Suburban Mayhem, The Piano, Charlottes Web, Sweetie, and numerous other films and stageplays. As a singer she has performed on stages all over the country. “Angels in the City” is her band’s first album.
Brendan St Ledger - Piano, keyboards
.......works extensively throughout Australasia, playing with artists such as Wendy Matthews, Christine Anu, Rick Price, Marcia Hines, and Tina Arena. He also scores feature and short films and is one of Australia’s most popular session players.
Tony King - Nylon string guitar, backing vocals
....... is an Aria award winning songwriter from from the brilliant band Beautifully Mad. He has written 15 film scores and performs with Andrew Strong’s Commitments Band and Madam Pat Thompson and her Ragtag Jazz Band. Multi award winner in 2006 Australian Songwriters Awards.

Colin Wilson - Guitars, dobro
....... is a composer with credits in feature film, short film and stage. He has toured most of Australia in theatre, cabaret and various bands. Colin is probably best known for his Deep Calm series of CD's and his time as the guitarist behind legendary bluesman, Wiley Reed.
Greg Royal - Double bass and bass guitar
....... graduated Canberra School of Music with a Diploma in Jazz studies. He has played with Wendy Matthews, Kate Ceberano, Australian Idol Big Band, Chris Isaak, Blues Point, Lee Kernaghan, James Freud, James Blundell and Enormous Horns.
Wayne Goodwin - violin
....... originally from Hollywood, California, has performed and/or recorded with (among others) Emmylou Harris’ Hot Band, Crosby Stills and Nash, Bob Dylan, Midnight Oil, INXS, Sting, John Denver, Dolly Parton, Jenny Morris, Bread, Lee Kernaghan, Bolshoi Ballet and Tony Bennett.
Peter Hudson - drums, percussion
....... is also a visual artist, mixing music and painting since the 70’s. He has recorded and/or performed with Rough Red, David Bentley, Phil Manning, Hans Poulsen, world renowned Tibetan flautist Nawand Khechog, and Nashville producer Mark Moffat. Peter has just been announced as a finalist in the 2007 Archibalds for his portrait of Paul Kelly.
Kris Ralph - Backing vocals, percussion
....... is an accomplished singer/guitarist with Beautifully Mad, as well as being a songwriter and painter. Having sung on stages all over the country, she has also acted in such shows as The Department, Stepping Out, and Blood Brothers with Chrissie Amphlett and Russell Crowe. Multi award winner in 2006 Australian Songwriters Awards.
Josh Quong Tart - Backing vocals, percussion
....... as an actor you will know him from Headland, All Saints, Nickelodeon’s Sarvo, The Miser, Elvis the Musical, Bad Boy Johnnie. As a singer he records and tours as backing vocalist with Jenny Morris.
